Menopause Fitness Coach

I’m Christine, and I'm a dedicated women’s fitness trainer. For years I have helped women achieve their fitness goals in sport, for important events and of course weight loss.

 

However, often these changes are not lasting and as we approach menopause the decade long strategies of diet and exercise no longer work.

 

Why is this? This coaching service takes a Solution based approach. Rather than focusing on the negatives, together we will look at building "YOUR MENOSCRIPT ". A personal road map that will give clarity on which lifestyle, food behaviours, movement patterns and support strategies that will best benefit you. Nobody needs more information! We need it distilling into relevant  chunks that give a personalised compelling vision for the future.

These programmes offer a rare combination of education, support and motivation in order to help women adapt a mindset of possibility rather than limitation. Online Challenge

An introductory Online Challenge that will kickstart your movement and exercise regime. Together we will sweat, strengthen, stretch, support and mobilise both ourselves and each other. Delivered via Zoom early morning, we train consistently for 7 days. In addition I encourage you to share those habits or fears you may have around this life stage and look for solutions.

You get:

  • 7 x 35 minute online workouts

  • Catch up anytime 

  • Scheduled early morning 06.35

3 Months MenoSTRENGTH™ Programme

Lifting and pushing appropriately is the BEST way for women to build and maintain muscle mass and avoid sarcopenia (the degenerative loss of muscle mass, quality and strength). In Menopause, this  can lead to frailty, falls and will directly contribute to osteoporosis. Resistance and strength training can be a simple at-home practice that helps prevent this happening. But what does that look like?

  • 6 x online/in person weight training sessions

  • How to gain muscle mass 

  • What weights and equipment to start with

  • What weights to increase to

  • How to challenge intensity

  • How to challenge repetitions

6 Months MenoPOWER™ Programme

This extended 6 month programme encompasses multiple aspects of Menopause and  how better to take care of ourselves,  physically, socially and mentally. With the inclusion of lab testing  this  programme will give you explanations as well as strategies for building not only strength but also power and patience as you accept and take action on your personal health journey.

  • Introductory Screening and consultation 

  • Identify focus areas and solution integration

  • 2 x Lab Testing

  • 8 x 60 min coaching sessions

  • Access to group online classes
