With customised fitness classes that include Pilates, Barre and Outdoor workouts and additionally the MenoFit ™ Programme, I offer a unique and flexible Programme that will enhance and optimise your quality of life and fitness journey  now and in the future.

Menopause Health & Fitness Coach Christine Chapman

I'm a fitness trainer in middle age!  With my 20+ years teaching experience, I help women in their 40s and 50s gain strength and form health strategies that allow them to be the very best versions of themselves.

Why? Because I believe the load on women has never been greater and perhaps the lifestyle and exercise routines that worked in the past are now no longer delivering results.

Together, through understanding your goals and also your challenges we develop and share workouts and movement practices that are functional, fun and rewarding.

MENOPAUSE FITNESS COACHING

Hello, I'm Christine

Originally from the north of England, I have been living and teaching on the Zurich silver coast for the last 12 years.

I teach Pilates, barre, yoga and give Personal Training alongside developing the first MenoFit ™ health and fitness coaching course for menopausal women Switzerland.

I love to move and do Sport! Throughout my Life I have striven to be fitter than in the previous decade. I enjoy winter sports and summer trail races and runs, but I also appreciate the holistic side of fitness and how sometimes, we need to stop, assess and perhaps change our approach to health.

I specialise in strength for women in mid life, assessing their needs and offering programmes that are challenging yet beneficial.

SPECIALISING IN MENOPAUSE FITNESS COACHING

Why Menopause Coaching?

Often described only in the negative, peri-menopause and menopause, for many women can be daunting and fuelled by fear.

As a peri-menopausal professional fitness trainer, I noticed two things: Firstly, I felt under immense pressure to get through this life stage without any help; and secondly, I noticed how some class members and clients just “disappeared” at a certain stage.

Why? What really are our options? Women are living longer, remaining in the workplace longer and often have more demands on their time than ever. A HIIT class or a workout might just add to the stress. How can we better understand the changes taking place in our energy levels, body shape, body movement and overall wellbeing?

Become healthier, stronger, happier...

Group Classes

I teach Pilates, Barre and Yoga Classes in person and online. Whichever class is your preference, you will have the opportunity to improve posture, flexibility and core strength as well as feeling more centred, powerful and grounded.

In Person classes have a theme and corrections are offered. Online Classes give flexibility, convenience and consistency and can be caught up if a class is missed.

MenoFit Programmes

This programme is a rare combination of education, support and motivation to help women adapt a mindset of possibility rather than limitation.

As well as looking at the physical aspects of the Menopause transition, we delve deeper into lifestyle strategies that will optimise this life stage. Choose from a 7 Day introduction challenge or a 35 day or 100 day personalised coaching programme.

"I absolutely love Christine's online barre classes. She creates an environment that feels like you are live in person. The workout is a great mixture of barre, strength, and floor work. She always gives options for different fitness and strength levels. I attend twice a week and see big improvements in my fitness. The online format is super convenient and makes it easy to be consistent. I really love it!"
