Group Fitness Classes

Choose from Pilates, Yoga, or Barre and Mobility classes, or the twice weekly Online SCULPT Series! Whether you are looking for the community feel of studio classes or want to connect LIVE without the hassle of location logistics, we have something for you.

Offering a comprehensive weekly programme within the physiotherapy practise THERASPORT, or ONLINE via ZOOM, these sessions will result in improved core strength and stability; improved posture; increased flexibility and mobility and improved joint support. Through correct movement patterns, appropriate use of the breath and hands on correction, these mindful movement sessions also offer a heightened sense of body awareness that also relieves stress.

Convenient, short and accessible. These 12 week themed online blocks are for those who:

The next block SPRING SCULPT offers twice weekly sessions:

  • 20-10-10 Barre-Core-Pilates. 40 mins

  • "Dumb Bells Only". Strength and resistance. 30 mins

Pilates

This class is a method of body conditioning that strengthens core, increases flexibility and addresses faulty posture. Working through standing, kneeling, supine, prone and all fours positions, we mobilize and strengthen specific muscle areas.

Each week there is a focus on a specific movement pattern and through centring and connection with the breath, we reduce tension, relieve stress whilst loading the bones and strengthen the body.

Barre
Concept

BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves and fluidity of ballet. Adding the alignment of yoga and the strength of  sports conditioning, you have a fun filled hour long non stop choreographed session.

The combined elements of the different methods offer a demanding session that asks for, stamina, power and control yet remaining low impact.  A great workout that will leave you sculpted, with improved posture, invigorated and energised!

Vinyasa Yoga

A rejuvenating 60-minute strength based vinyasa yoga practice. Through the flow you will go deep into your body, and learn how to take your practice to a deeper level. Through the physical release, mental clarity and a sense of calm is restored. We encourage discipline and commitment without becoming overly physical or spiritual. Beginners will soon learn the principles of vinyasa and discover 

  • Vi: "in a special way".

  • Nyasa: "to place".

  • Together, it means "to place in a special way."
