Integrate your training through a selection of classes that will improve posture, flexibility, strength and endurance as well as gaining a more centred, powerful and grounded sense of self. Select from Flow Mobility, Pilates, Yoga or Barre. Whether it is fitness maintenance or balancing a competitive sport, I will provide you with the direction and the support you need.

Workshops
Welcome to a series of transformative workshops designed for women 40+. Our workouts have historically been guided my men. And we are NOT small men! New information, that is not trend based, is encouraging women to step out of traditional training methods and adopt new, individualised fitness and health regimes.
During these workshops we take some hot topics and together, ask questions, address fears and challenge previous beliefs. We look at practical strategies and how we can integrate them into our personal lifestyle.

Pilates
This class is a method of body conditioning that strengthens core, increases flexibility and addresses faulty posture. Working through standing, kneeling, supine, prone and all fours positions, we mobilize and strengthen specific muscle areas.
Each week there is a focus on a specific movement pattern and through centring and connection with the breath, we reduce tension, relieve stress whilst loading the bones and strengthen the body.

Barre
Concept
BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves and fluidity of ballet. Adding the alignment of yoga and the strength of sports conditioning, you have a fun filled hour long non stop choreographed session.
The combined elements of the different methods offer a demanding session that asks for, stamina, power and control yet remaining low impact. A great workout that will leave you sculpted, with improved posture, invigorated and energised!

Yoga
A rejuvenating 60-minute strength - based vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on restoring balance and releasing tension. This session is designed to enhance your mind-body connection, encouraging discipline and commitment without becoming overly physical or spiritual. Perfect for beginners, this is an ideal way to unwind and centre yourself at the end of the day. Embrace the journey to relaxation and self-discovery!
