Choose a blend of classes to help you improve posture, flexibility, strength and endurance as well as felling more centred, powerful and grounded. From energetic Outdoors sessions to core-strengthening Pilates, Barre and Yoga sessions, I provide you with the direction and support you need.

Workshops

Introducing a re-analysis of women's health 40+.

​

An interactive workshop with the focus on normalising the natural physiological and endocrine changes that take place in the peri - to - post menopause transition. Encouraging women to step out of a place of fear and into solutions that make them stronger and fitter in mid life.

Pilates

This class is a method of body conditioning that strengthens core, increases flexibility and addresses faulty posture. Working through standing, kneeling, supine prone and all fours positions, we mobilize and strengthen specific muscle areas.

 

Each week we focus on a specific movement pattern or theme, and through centring and connection with the breath we address muscle imbalances that additionally reduce tension and relieve stress.

Barre
Concept

BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves and fluidity of ballet. Adding the alignment of yoga and the strength of  sports conditioning, you have a fun filled hour long non stop choreographed session.

 

The combined elements of the different methods offer a demanding session that demands, stamina, power and control yet remaining low impact.  A great workout both live in person (weds) and online (Tues and Fridays).

Outdoor Fitness

When a barre class meets circuit training. We warm up with a 20 minute classic Barre section and then take to cardio intervals and strength training ‘Stations’.

 

Clients have the chance to work at their own tempo and on specific body parts that challenge them the most. 

​

Locations vary but include by the lake and in the forest. In the sun and in the snow, we train  and enjoy  mood boosting fresh air, vit D exposure, a decrease in stress and a fun relaxed atmosphere. Occasionally, we finish with a swim in the lake too!

Location

Outdoor sessions take place by the lake in winter, and in the forest in the summer. All other classes are done in my home studio or at Therasport.
