MEET CHRISTINE

Hi, I'm Christine, a fitness expert, Teacher, ex fashion designer and a busy Mum and I love to share my passion for fitness and sport with others. Originally from the north of England, I have been living and teaching on the Zurich silver coast for the last 14 years.

I give Personal Training alongside developing the first MenoFit™ health and fitness coaching course for menopausal women in Switzerland. I also teach Pilates, Yoga and Barre in group classes within the Physiotherapy Praxis Therasport.

As a teenager, I discovered the gym and felt the empowering strength that bodybuilding gave me. Even while pursuing my creative passion in art and textiles at university, I cherished the discipline and routine that exercise brought. After a serious neck problem began to affect my daily commute to London, I changed my lifestyle and began my journey to become a fitness trainer.

Since then, I’ve taught group fitness classes, worked with students in schools, trained athletes in gyms, supported special populations through rehabilitation, coached endurance runners on mountain trails, and provided one-to-one personal training. Now, in my fourth decade of personal fitness training, I draw on this wealth of experience to support women in midlife.

Throughout my career I have taught hundreds of women in thousands of classes!

I am committed to delivering the most up-to-date exercise plans and programmes while educating women through their workouts. Women are not the same as men, and their exercise needs differ significantly—changing further as they move through different stages of life.

My aim is to build strong, resilient women, with a particular focus on the menopause. I support and educate women through this transition, helping them feel confident and resilient, not only physically but also mentally. Age is a privilege—one that deserves to be met with strength and self-belief.
