MEET CHRISTINE
Hi, I'm Christine, a fitness expert, Teacher, ex fashion designer and a busy Mum and I love to share my passion for fitness and sport with others. Originally from the north of England, I have been living and teaching on the Zurich silver coast for the last 12 years.
I teach Pilates, Barre and Yoga and give Personal Training alongside developing the first MenoFit ™ health and fitness coaching course for menopausal women in Switzerland.
As a teenager I discovered the gym and how strong bodybuilding made me feel. Even though I followed my creative passion (art and textiles) at University I loved the discipline and routine that exercise gave me. Following a serious neck problem that began to affect the daily commute to London, I changed my lifestyle and began my journey to become a fitness trainer.
Since then, I have taught group fitness classes, students in schools, athletes in gyms, special populations in rehabilitation and endurance runners on mountain sides as well as Personal Training.

Throughout my career I have taught hundreds of women in thousands of classes!
​I strive to deliver the most up to date exercise plans and programmes as well as educating women through their workouts. Women are different to men and their exercise requirements are also different. These requiremenrs also change through life as we age.
My aim is to build strong women, especially in peri-menopause, educating them and supporting them, not only physically, but also mentally, as they go through the aging process.
