Service Description

This class is a method of body conditioning that strengthens core, increases flexibility and addresses faulty posture. Working through standing, kneeling, supine prone and all fours positions, we mobilise and strengthen specific muscle areas. Each week we focus on a specific movement pattern or theme, and through centring and connection with the breath we address muscle imbalances that additionally reduce tension and relieve stress.
