A kickstart online offer for those who want to jump in and make a start right now. We will sweat, strengthen, stretch, support and mobilise both ourselves and each other. Delivered via Zoom early morning, we train consistently for 7 days from home. In addition I encourage you to share those habits or fears you find most difficult to address and investigate solutions that can serve us better in the future.
